Chelsea FC showed their title credentials with a devastating 3-1 victory over rivals Man City at the Etihad stadium. An intense game with plenty of attacking football from both sides swung in favour of the London team despite Man City taking the lead.

It was however  a disappointing result  for the home side who created and wasted good scoring chances in the second half. Despite the introduction of Yaya Touré and Kelechi Iheanacho at 2-1, Chelsea found a third goal that put a nail in the Man City coffin with great counter-attacking play.

It was another fine display from Victor Moses whose defensive play ensured that Chelsea remained in the game when City threatened the Chelsea goal. It is now eight wins in a row for the west London side since their defeat to Arsenal in late September.
