Congolese winger Yannick Bolasie seems destined to leave English Premier League club Crystal Palace in the current transfer window, but the price that the club has set for his move will deter many of his suitors.
According to reports in England the player is expected to fetch £28 million by his club, but the other English top flight teams that have displayed interest in the 27-year-old may see the hefty price tag as unreasonable.
Bolasie’s move away from Palace may be in doubt if the London club are not willing to decrease their asking price, and with Andros Townsend having recently joined, it seems that the club already have a replacement in the squad.
Liverpool, Tottenham and West Ham have all been linked to the Congolese player, and will be working to secure his services for the 2016-17 campaign.
The winger joined Crystal Palace in 2012, and has contributed 13 goals in 143 appearances for the Eagles in all competitions. He has performed well thanks to a work ethic that has made him a feared opponent in the Premier League.
