Unless you were a hermit in a cave for the last week, you already know that Pope Francis made his first venture into Africa last week. He went first to Kenya, then Uganda and finished off in the Central African Republic. During six days, he made the dream of 200 million Catholics come true.

Like every major event in Africa, social media – Twitter mainly – give a great analysis of what’s happening direct from the eyes, ears and mouths of people on the ground. It’s the best way to hear the voice of citizens.
