Africa Fashion Week Amsterdam is back for another year from August 25 to 27.
In its third edition the event brings together Africa-based and diaspora designers. After encouragement from friends, Cameroonian designer Diana Tambe (who was a TRUE Africa 100) started AFWA as a platform for African fashion in the Netherlands. Designers like Wakuu, Chitenge Life and Sharit showcased their work last year.
