Bobbito Garcia and Stretch Armstrong are behind the cult-status radio show Stretch And Bobbito. In the 90s, they were at the forefront of some of North America’s – and perhaps the world’s – most iconic underground artists hitting the soundwaves.
Stretch and Bobbito are telling the whole story in their new film called Stretch and Bobbito: Radio That Changed Lives. Out this October, it includes unseen, uncensored, behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with artists like Nas, Jay-Z, Fat Joe, Raekwon from Wu-Tang, Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest and many more. The parts about Biggie and Big L are the stuff of NYC hip-hop legend.
