When you go back to your old school, you can be sure of a few things: the locker rooms will still smell; your favourite teacher won’t remember you; and the food won’t have got any better. But everything is different when you’re a pop star.
When Kenyan band Sauti Sol visited their old high school Upper Hill School, they never expected that the choir would have prepared an acappella version of their song Kuliko Jana. But they had and the choir’s video with the band soon racked up over 400,000 hits on YouTube.

Now the Kenyan super group have recorded the song from their album Live and Die in Afrika in classy black and white featuring singers from the Redfourth Chorus at their old school.
