Host: Some of the fastest-growing economies in Africa are Francophone: Senegal, Niger, Côte d’Ivoire. But when it comes to start-up funding, most American investment still goes to Anglophone countries like Nigeria, Kenya, and my own South Africa. So what are we missing?
