Un|Fixed Homeland: 13 artists explore themes around what ‘home’ is

13 Guyanese artists have taken part in an exhibit at the Aljira Center for Contemporary Art in Newark, USA.

The exhibition is titled Un|Fixed Homeland and showcases a wealth of work from Khadija Benn, Kwesi Abbensetts, Frank Bowling, Sandra Brewster and more.

The show was curated by Grace Aneiza Ali and opened on July 17. Un|Fixed Homeland explores themes surrounding what ‘home’ is – in a physical and non-physical capacity. Check out some of the work below:
