There are well over 100 startups in the running. From Nigeria’s largest online cake store, WaraCake; to MooExams, an interactive platform which helps students prepare for exams; not forgetting Weebi, a bookkeeping app for informal businessmen – the range is impressive.
You’ll also find MedTrucks, a startup which specialises in mobile healthcare. We profiled founder Anass El Hilal at the Africa4Tech conference in Marrakech in November last year.
