Short Story Day Africa are working with the Goethe Institute to bring a range of one-day workshops in seven different African cities.
Writers are being invited to the workshops taking place in Lagos, Addis Ababa, Johannesburg, Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Yaoundé and Windhoek.
Anyone can apply by submitting a 200-word sample of their original writing on their website – the intention of the workshop is to help the attendees draft their submission for the 2016 Short Story Day Africa Prize.
